This recipe from The Unrefined Kitchen is so incredibly delicious! My 12 year old asks for seconds, it's that good! I followed the recipe pretty closely except I did add kale. I love kale because it doesn't have much flavor (which is great for picky veggie eaters) yet adds a nutritional punch! You can serve this at any meal and it makes great leftovers. Here is the link.
